We are an independent, nondenominational Bible study ministry that equips and deploys everyday believers — evangelists, missionaries, and faithful brothers and sisters — to preach the gospel and build communities that make disciples.

Jesus calls us not only to believe, but to teach, gather, love, and lead others into Him.

And now, by God’s leading, we are opening the door for Christian leaders in Sapporo to step into that calling.

✨ Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for believers who truly desire to serve God and His people with humility, maturity, and spiritual integrity — not for a title, but for the Kingdom.

You may be the right fit if you are:

1. A Born-Again Christian

Walking personally and intimately with Jesus Christ, believing in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and baptized in the faith.

2. Able to Serve in Both English & Japanese

Our community reaches people from many backgrounds.
We need leaders who can bridge cultures and communicate clearly.

3. Spiritually Grounded & Teachable

You don’t need a theology degree, but you must have:
• a humble heart
• sound understanding of Scripture
• willingness to learn and be accountable
• respect for biblical truth above personal opinion

4. Emotionally Safe & Nonjudgmental

Able to serve both believers and non-believers with love, patience, and gentleness.
No harsh doctrine. No pride. No condemning spirit.

5. A Person of Integrity

Committed, reliable, honest, and consistent in character.

👥 What Leaders Will Help With

You do not need to teach like a pastor.
You simply need to host, facilitate, and walk with people in Christ.

Your role may include:

arranging weekly or biweekly meetups
hosting a Bible study session using prepared materials
guiding discussions in a safe, loving environment
praying with and for others
encouraging spiritual growth
supporting new believers or curious seekers
helping build a community that continues after gatherings
coordinating with the wider ministry for future events and mission work

This is servant leadership.

What you are doing, is bringing the Kingdom of Heaven down to Earth.
